SOC 2 Type I Compliance

Palette is SOC 2 Type I compliant. We provide our SOC 2 Type 1 report to customers upon request. Email support@palette.dev to request the report.

What data does Palette collect?

We get this question a lot. The nice thing about Palette is that we don't collect information that doesn't help with performance optimization. That means we don't collect values of textarea/input/dom elements. All user data collection is opt-in.

The only DOM data we decided is ok to collect is the CSS path (ie. div > .button) from click events.
