What is a data point?
Each metric, marker (trace), and profile sample collected count as one data point. You can see your data point usage in your team's billing page.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
If you exceed your plan's limit, you will be charged at a flat rate per additional metric collected. If you consistently exceed your plan's limit, we recommend upgrading your plan for a discounted rate.
How can I cancel my subscription?
At any time, you have the option to cancel your Palette subscription and switch your organization to the Free plan. To stay within the limitations of your new plan, you may need reduce the number of data points collected.
